2) Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Grower support.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Refund eligibility is subject to service conditions and approval by Grower in accordance with applicable agreements.
3) Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of services within 24 hours of purchase by contacting Grower support.
Approved refunds will be made back to the original payment method used initially by the customer.Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
